1. Creating an Account: 

By Creating an account with Beyond Aquatics you understand and agree to the terms and conditions and agree to our privacy policy and all terms and conditions related to all products and services. It is your responsibility to understand and accept these terms.

2. Your information .

Your personal information such as Name and email address will be kept in our data base and cannot and will not be disclosed to any third party unless otherwise advised by you. Beyond Aquatics takes privacy seriously. no payment information is kept on file.

3. Returns.

Electrical goods are bound by manufacturer warranty there for please read any instructions on your packaging or documentation received with the product , faulty goods must be noticed within the first 7 days from purchase , if this is deemed as manufacturer issue a refund will be eligible or an exchange

3.D.O.A (Dead On Arrival Fish)

 This will be a very rare if at all but in the unlikely unfortunate event. Photos of the DOA must accompany photos of the DOA fish after you have received  the items . Any fish that has been in your Aquarium for 24 hours , less or longer is not entitled to the DOA policy as a number of factors such as water conditions or other diseases that "may" be affecting your aquarium , as it is advised by any us it is always recommended to have a Hospital tank

4.Account Ownership.

Beyond Aquatics owns the right to block or delete any customer account without notice. Beyond Aquatics does not and will not accept any form of abuse, 

Beyond Aquatics will always treat our customers with dignity and respect and we expect the same.

5.Deliveries.

Beyond Aquatics like most others ad hears to strict biosecurity laws that stop some states in Australia from Accepting live plants and fish from being imported.

​

6.Fish Deliveries 1 Week From Date of purchase.  (Order placed) -Fish Quarantined (3 Days)-Fish observations 2days-Fish packaged -Fish sent to courier- 1 day - driver-delivery next day 

Fish Deliveries only include Victoria. Fish will not be shipped interstate as we can not ensure the health of the fish during transit.  (Ship at own Risk -**DOA policy does not apply to interstate fish deliveries**)

7.Stock. 

​

Beyond Aquatics takes the time to make sure all our stock has photos of the products we sell to the public.  Because of this we ask customers not to ask to see videos or photos of stock as we are a business and our staff do not have the time to be taking photos of products. Beyond Aquatics lives by our slogan "quality over Quantity" so by this we only make sure you get healthy live fish from us..  By Accepting the terms and conditions of your membership you agree to these terms and conditions.

Care has been taken to provide an image for each product where possible. However they are shown for illustration purposes only and are not necessarily an accurate representation of the actual product purchased.

9. 

All Aqua Scape and maintenance jobs:  Maintenance and Aqua Scape jobs do not include the following

​

-Parking fees (where on street paid parking is applicable) These fees are added on at the end of the job and will not be shown on the initial quote, But Please keep in mind to mention this to us.

​

-Water Treatments- Testing/Conditioners/Salts/Medications

​

-Accessories needed for the work to be completed. (ie- Wood/Sand/Rocks/Plants/Fish)

​

-Discounts aren't applied to manual labour jobs such as maintenance jobs. This includes Aqua Scapes & Maintenance/ Fish Tank Installation & Removals.

​

- Deposits: Deposits are always required unless otherwise agreed a 50% Deposit is required before any ordering can be placed or any work to be completed. This payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by others means agreed upon.

​

-Missed Appointments/No Contact: Beyond Aquatics will make every effort to make sure the work will go ahead on the scheduled and agreed date. However, We will always make contact one day before to ensure everything is fine to proceed. 

​

-If a cancelation happens without 24 to 48 hrs without notice we will not attend any job or travel to any location located near you if we do not hear from you by text or call or email. We only call once and send one text message , if you do not reply it is your responsibility as the customer to reschedule a time that is suitable.

​

-Total Cancellation : All Total Cancelations must be made 3 days before your scheduled appointment if orders have been placed for materials for the completion of your job , Beyond Aquatics will not refund you in full and only refund 25% of the initial 50% Deposit.
